Tracked parcel solution / DDU clearance

Service specification:

• Home delivery or PUDO available
• Fully tracked
• Maximum weight:                  30kg, heaver shipments upon request
• Maximum dimensions:         Up to 2000g:  Maximum length not to exceed 35cm                                                                                                                                              Over 2000g:    Maximum length not to exceed 70cm

• Maximum value:                     The maximum value per parcel is limited to 150 EUR. If the value of the parcel exceeds 150 EUR the                                                       recipient will be contacted and has to pay clearance fees (approx. 10 €) plus VAT (20%) and duty                                                             (about 10-15%). VAT & duties are charged just on the amount that exceeds 150 €.
• Clearance method:                  DDU/DAP
• Transit time:                             Customs clearance within 24 hours (85%), as long as all customs information is correctly provided.                                                         Delivery will be done 1 – 4 days after customs clearance and depends on the geographical location                                                            of the destination.
